ธนลภย์ “หยก” ผลัญชัย เกิดวันที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2551 ปัจจุบันอายุ 15 ปี ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางการเมืองเป็นครั้วงแรก ในงานรําลึกถึงวัฒน์ วรรลยางกูล ในเดือนตุลาม 2565 ส่วนเหตุการณ์ที่นําไปสู่การดำเนินคดีหยกคืองาน 13 ตุลาให้สายฝนพาล่องไป เมื่อวันที่ 13 ตุลาคม 2565 บริเวณเสาชิงช้า ช่วงงาน คืนความยุติธรรมให้กับผู้ลี้ภัยที่ถูกบังคับสูญหาย
ต่อมา ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ได้เข้าร่วมใน แถลงการณ์ถึงความเป็นกลางและอิสระขององค์กรรัฐ ในการดำเนินคดีอาญามาตรา 112 ต่อประชาชน และ ในเดือนมีนาคม หยกได้เข้าร่วมงานที่ Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand ในหัวข้อการประท้วงและการอดอาหาร รวมทั้งจัดกิจกรรมวาดหวัง ยกเลิก 112 และได้กล่าวไลฟ์ขณะเห็นเหตุการณ์ พื้น กําแพงวังและ ถูกลากจับกุมที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาลพระราชวัง.

Thanatlop 'Yok' Phalanchai was born on 18 February 2008. She is now 15 years old. She is the youngest Thai who has been charged under the lèse-majesté law. She bagan her first political activity in October last year by joining an event that commemorated the late Wat Wanlayangkoon, a well-known activitist who exiled in France. She also participated in another event on 13 October to discuss the issue of forced abduction of Thai dissidents overseas.
She released a statement which called for a neutrality and independence of state organisations which dealt with those charged under the lèse-majesté law. In March this year, she was invited to the Foreign Corresopondents' Club of Thailand to talk about a hunger strike and helped organise an event which called for the abolition of Article 112. In that event, she broadcast live the incident in which a guy was spraying an anti-112 message on the palace wall.
She was arrested swiftly and charged with lèse- majesté. Currently, she has been released from prison while the police has continued to investigating her case.
In Yok's view, she believed that Article 112 is violating basic human rights. The sentence is highly unproportional in comparison with the act of lèse-majesté. Furthermore, Article 112 has been repeatedly used as a weapon in silencing those thinking differently politically.

This is a part of the exhibition at LeRoy Neiman Gallery at Columbia Univ from 18-25 Sept. We will have a mobile exhibition in Chicago (8 Sept) and DC (14 Sept) too.
