กฤษดา ไอเคน เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 7 เมษายน 2531 ปัจจุบันอายุ 35 ปี กฤษดามีบทบาทสําคัญในการเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแอดมินของกลุ่มที่มีชื่อว่า Voices of Siam ตั้งแต่ปี 2553 (แอดมินหลายคนของเพจนี้ต้องหนีออกจากประเทศไทยหลังรัฐประหารในปี 2557)

นอกจากนี้ กฤษดายังมีส่วนร่วมในการลงนามแก้ไขกฎหมายมาตรา 112 ในปี 2555 ร่วมกับกลุ่ม ครก112 (คณะรณรงค์แก้ไขมาตรา 112) และยังเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งกลุ่ม Thai Democracy Movement in Canada หลังจากที่ได้ลี้ภัยไปอยู่ที่แคนาดาในปี 2557

กฤษดาถูกกล่าวหาว่าละเมิดมาตรา 112 เพราะเขาได้วิจารณ์สถาบันกษัตริย์ผ่านทางเพจ Facebook ส่วนตัว ปัจจุบันเขามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการชุมนุมประท้วงในแคนาดาที่พุ่งเป้าไปที่รัฐบาลอันไม่ชอบธรรมของไทยและสถาบันกษัตริย์ 

ขณะนี้ กฤษดาลี้ภัยอยู่ที่แคนาดา และได้รับสถานะ protected person หรือสถานะผู้ลี้ภัย ตั้งแต่ปี 2557 จนในสุดได้รับสถานะ permanent resident และได้กลายมาเป็นพลเมืองแคนาดาแล้ว 

ความเห็นที่กฤษดามีต่อมาตรา 112 ก็คือ กฎหมายฉบับนี้ไม่มีที่ยืนในสังคมที่เป็นประชาธิปไตยและ 

จําเป็นต้องถูกยกเลิกการวิจารณ์สถาบันสาธารณะ ถือว่าเป็นสิทธิพื้นฐานของประชาชนในสังคมที่พัฒนาแล้ว แต่กฎหมายนี้กลับทําสิ่งตรงกันข้าม คนไทยหลายคนถูกจับขังในเรือนจําเป็นเวลาหลายปี เพียงเพราะเขาวิจารณ์สถาบันกษัตริย์ในโซเชี่ยลมีเดีย และเปิดโอกาสให้ใครก็ได้ฟ้องข้อหานี้กับคนอื่น และกระบวนการพิารณาคดีความก็ยังไม่โปร่งใสอีกด้วย 

กฤษดาเห็นว่ากฎหมายนี้จําเป็นต้องได้รับความสนใจจากนานาชาติ เยาวชนหลายคนที่มีส่วนสําคัญในการสร้างความรุ่งเรืองให้กับประเทศและความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์กลับต้องถูกคุมขัง เป็นการทําลายอนาคตของชาติอย่างมาก เขาจึงเรียกร้องให้ชุมชนระหว่างประเทศช่วยสร้างแรงกดดันให้กับไทย ในการยกเลิกกฎหมายฉบับนี้ และปล่อยตัวนักโทษการเมืองจากกฎหมายมาตรา 112 ให้เร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะทําได้

Kritsada Aiken was born on 7 April 1988. He is currently 35 years old. His past political activities included: Serving as an editor of the page "Voices of Siam" since 2010 (other editors fled Thailand following the 2014 coup), signing a petition to amend | lèse- majesté law in 2012, and co-establishing a group called "Thai Democratic Movement in Canada." 

Kritsada has been changed with lèse-majesté for his criticisms against the monarchy on his Facebook. He eventually fled Thailand to seek asylum in Canada in 2014 after being summoned by the Thai junta to have his attitude "adjusted." While in Canada, he helped organise anti-junta and anti-monarchy protests. 

Currently, Kritsada is residing in Canada. He was granted a protected person status (convention refugee) by the Canadian government since October 2014. He was then a permanent resident of Canada and is now a Canadian citizen. Kritsada believes that Article 112 has no place in a democratic country thus must be abolished. Criticising the authorities is one of fundamental rights in a civilised world. The law, however, does the opposite. In Thailand, many have been sentenced to a long-term incarceration just for criticising the Thai monarchy on social media. Additionally, the laws allow anyone to file lèse-majesté complaints with the authorities. Thailand's courts also do not publicise legal proceedings of lèse-majesté cases, making them very unfair. The problems with the article 112 should receive more attention from the international community. Thai youths and students who would bring prosperity, creativity and stability to Thailand and the region in the future, are being imprisoned because of this draconian laws. He urges the international community to pressure Thai government and the monarchy to abolish the laws and to release lèse-majesté prisoners as soon as possible.
